Why should I get involved in medical research?

This is a common question in the patient population, and can only be answered by educating ourselves about the value and global need for medical procedural and treatment advances. Developing new treatments and therapies requires teams of expert researchers. The journey from an initial discovery to patient benefit occurs over years (even decades). Medical and scientific research are not just time-consuming but expensive as well. Enormous costs are involved in making the fundamental discoveries that lead to breakthroughs in the treatment of Infectious Diseases, ADHD and Autism, and a variety of other human health issues.

Participating in clinical trials has the potential to help both the individual participants and their families who may be suffering from a variety of medical conditions or are at risk of developing these conditions.
  • You can play a more active role in your own health care.
  • You can gain access to potential treatments before they are widely available.
  • You can receive expert medical care at Cyn3rgy Research — often free of cost — while participating in important medical research.
  • You can help future generations — your children and grandchildren — by contributing.
  • If you’re interested in participating in a clinical trial, consider volunteering at Cyn3rgy Research. Our research physicians specialize in clinical research studies, so you know your investigational treatment is overseen by an expert in the field.
