October 2011…Cyn3rgy Research is excited to announce that we are starting several new studies into the 4th quarter of the year.

Cyn3rgy Research has begun enrolling patients in two new Pediatric Vaccine studies.  The first study is looking at the safety and immunogenicity of QUADRACEL (Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine Absorbed Combined with Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine) compared to DAPTACEL (Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine Absorbed) + IPOL (Poliovirus Vaccine Inactivated) as the 5th dose in Children 4 to 6 years of age.

The second vaccine study is a Randomized, Partially Double-blind, Active-Comparator-Controlled, Lot-to-Lot Consistency Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of XXX in Healthy Infants When Given at 2, 4, and 6 Months Concomitantly with PREVNAR 13™ and RotaTeq™.

Cyn3rgy Research has also begun enrolling subjects for several Asthma studies, looking at the efficacy and safety of an 8 week treatment medication treating asthma in patients inadequately controlled on SABA therapy, inadequately controlled on medium dose ICS therapy and inadequately controlled on low dose ICS therapy. 

Cyn3rgy Research has also begun enrollment on a new clinical trial assessing the efficacy and tolerability of XXX compared to XXX in the treatment of Acute Otitis Media with Tympanostomy Tubes.

We have also begun enrrollment for a pediatric Type II Diebetes Study. This study is a mulitcenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of XXX as monotherapy in pediatric patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

Cyn3rgy Research is also enrolling new patients in a 2-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, safety and efficacy study of XXX nasal aerosol 37 mcg and 74 mcg in subjects 6-11 years of age with Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis.
